The staff were patient, the atmosphere was warm and everything was perfect. The hotel had a magnificent location metres from a Nathan Phillips square. Plus it was max 10 mins walk to the lake.

Loved my stay, it was VERY PEACEFUL. The breakfast was rich and the pool was lovely. Garden areas were gorgeous and staff was exceptionally polite. Restaurant was big and impeccably clean. Having different soft drinks in the roof top bar was a very nice touch. Location was awesome in a luxurious area.
